2. Please clearly specify your inquiry sending a message to the support team. Describe and explain all the details.

3. Please get aquainted with the topics in the Payments section before sending your questions on Rubies. If the answer can’t be found (in the Forum section mentioned above) please also clearly specify your inquiry and provide the information on the payment problem in full.
